During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. They promptly offered a shuttle service to and from the airport, and the hot spring bath with a beautiful ocean view was simply amazing. hiring an electric bicycle for a reasonable price allowed me to reach all over the island, including remote places such as the Miharashi Onsen.

The hotel is quite isolated, making it difficult and expensive to get a taxi or move around without a car. Although the location offered a peaceful atmosphere, it was quite far from the main tourist sites, approximately a three-hour walk.

The hotel had a stunning onsen with breathtaking views, it was incredibly clean and well-maintained. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, even with our language barrier. Complimentary shuttle service was a lifesaver, and the ability to rent e-bikes made exploring this city a breeze.

Nothing, all aspects were exceptional, leaving me with no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel is located quite far away from the city, which made commuting a bit challenging and expensive. the location is also not very convenient for those who wish to explore the rest of the island.

I recently stayed at a hotel on Hachijo Island and had a fantastic experience. the service was absolutely exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even picking us up from the port and delivering us to the airport at no extra cost. Additionally, the hotel provided free e-bike rentals, which made exploring the island a breeze. The convenience of having this transportation option was a major plus for us. The rooms were also very comfortable and clean, with double-sized beds that were perfect for a good night's sleep. The hotel even had an onsen with a stunning ocean view, which added to the overall relaxing atmosphere. Lastly, I must mention the value for money - the prices were reasonable for the quality of service and amenities provided. this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.
